এই ওয়েবসাইটে 100 Balls Durgapur ক্রিকেট টুর্নামেন্টে অংশগ্রহণের পূর্বে, সকল অংশগ্রহণকারী, দল এবং তাদের প্রতিনিধিদের নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ে সম্মতি জানাতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে:
১. অংশগ্রহণের নিয়মাবলী ও ফি
♦️ এই প্রতিযোগিতায় সর্বোচ্চ ১৬টি দল অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে।
♦️ প্রতিটি দলের জন্য এন্ট্রি ফি ২৩,০০০ টাকা (অফেরতযোগ্য)।
♦️ প্রতিটি খেলায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য খেলোয়াড়দের ফর্ম ফিলাপ ফি ৩৫০ টাকা প্রযোজ্য।
২. খেলার নিয়মাবলী
♦️ প্রতিটি ম্যাচে অংশগ্রহণকারী দলকে অবশ্যই অফিসিয়াল জার্সি পরিধান করতে হবে।
♦️ মাঠের আম্পায়ারের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত এবং তা সকল দলের জন্য binding। আম্পায়ারের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়ে কোনো প্রকার আপত্তি বা বিতর্কের সুযোগ নেই।
♦️ সকল ম্যাচ আয়োজক কমিটির দেওয়া নিয়ম ও নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
৩. দায়বদ্ধতা এবং দায়িত্ব
♦️ টুর্নামেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ সম্পূর্ণরূপে দল এবং খেলোয়াড়দের নিজ দায়িত্বে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলোর জন্য আয়োজক, স্পন্সর, ওয়েবসাইট অ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেটর বা সংশ্লিষ্ট কেউই দায়ী থাকবে না:
* ব্যক্তিগত আঘাত, দুর্ঘটনা অথবা স্বাস্থ্য সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা।
* ব্যক্তিগত সম্পত্তি হারানো, চুরি হওয়া অথবা ক্ষতি হওয়া।
* অপ্রত্যাশিত ঘটনা যেমন প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, আবহাওয়ার পরিবর্তন অথবা সরকারি বিধিনিষেধের কারণে আর্থিক ক্ষতি।
♦️ ক্রিকেট একটি শারীরিক খেলা এবং এতে ঝুঁকি বিদ্যমান। টুর্নামেন্টে অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে, প্রত্যেক অংশগ্রহণকারী এই ঝুঁকির বিষয়ে অবগত এবং স্বেচ্ছায় তা গ্রহণে ইচ্ছুক।
৪. ফি ফেরত ও বাতিলকরণ
♦️ প্রদত্ত এন্ট্রি ফি এবং ম্যাচ রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি কোনো অবস্থাতেই ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
♦️ টুর্নামেন্টের নিয়ম ভঙ্গ করলে, অসদাচরণ করলে অথবা এই শর্তাবলী পালনে ব্যর্থ হলে, সংশ্লিষ্ট দলকে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে টুর্নামেন্ট থেকে বাতিল করা হতে পারে এবং এক্ষেত্রে কোনো ফি ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
♦️ আয়োজক কমিটি প্রয়োজনে ম্যাচের সময়সূচী পরিবর্তন, স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৫. শর্তাবলীর স্বীকৃতি
♦️ এই টুর্নামেন্টে নিবন্ধন এবং অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে, সকল দল এবং খেলোয়াড় এই Disclaimer এবং আয়োজকদের দ্বারা প্রকাশিত বিস্তারিত Terms & Conditions মেনে চলতে সম্মত।
♦️ টুর্নামেন্ট সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো বিষয়ে আয়োজক কমিটির সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
By registering for and/or participating in the 100 Balls Durgapur Cricket Tournament (“Tournament”), each participant, team, and representative hereby acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
A maximum of sixteen (16) teams may participate in the Tournament.
Each team is required to pay a non-refundable entry fee of INR 23,000.
For each match, players must complete the registration form and submit an additional form fill-up fee of INR 350 (per match).
2. Rules of the Game
All players are required to wear the official team jersey during matches.
The Umpire’s decision shall be final and binding. No disputes, appeals, or objections against the umpire’s decision will be entertained.
All matches shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the rules and guidelines provided by the organizing committee.
3. Liability & Responsibility
Participation in the Tournament is at the sole risk of each team and player. The organizers, sponsors, website administrators, and any associated personnel shall not be held liable for:
Personal injury, accident, or health-related issues.
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Any financial loss or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural calamities, weather conditions, or government restrictions).
Each participant acknowledges that cricket is a physical sport with inherent risks, and by entering the Tournament, they voluntarily accept all associated risks.
4. Refund & Disqualification
All fees paid (entry fee and match registration fee) are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.
Any violation of the Tournament rules, misconduct, or failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate disqualification of the team without refund.
The organizing committee reserves the right to make necessary changes, postponements, or cancellations of matches or the Tournament schedule, as deemed appropriate.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and/or participating, all teams and players expressly agree to abide by the above Disclaimer and the detailed Terms & Conditions published by the organizers.
The decision of the organizing committee shall be final, binding, and non-contestable in all matters relating to the Tournament.
